Initial Consultation at your home/site

Your needs, your desires, and your budget-that's what we will focus on when we visit your home or site to discuss your project. If, during the course of the Initial Consultation, you and Project Plus Design/Build decide to proceed, you'll be asked to sign an agreement to begin the next phase of your project

Cost: no fee; Average time frame: 1-2 hours

Establish your wish list and needs

Presentation of Project Plus Design/Build

Establish in what price range the cost is likely to be. (These figures do not represent an estimate / bid or proposal to perform contract work; they are intended to establish a target design budget only.)

Determine if we should move forward into a Feasibility Study or a Design Agreement
