Development of detailed Project Specifications

Assist Client through the product selections and finishes

Prepare comprehensive construction costs and fixed bid contract

Fees for the Design Agreement: The cost for the Design Agreement is 5% of estimated budget. This cost will be applied to the Construction Contract.
