Preliminary cost estimate - one concept

Guaranteed budget to within 10%

Move into a Design Agreement

Fees for the Feasibility Study - The cost for the Feasibility Study is a minimum of $300 up to 2% of guesstimate. This cost will be applied to the Construction Contract.
