What is the advantage of our warranty?

Our warranty provides five years of protection on the work done by Project Plus and our subcontractors.

What benefits does our warranty provide?

We pledge to perform according to a national set of construction standards that have been set forth by experts by the professional assocations that represent the building and remodeling industry (NAHB, NARI) and by the Massachusetts state building code.

The first year of the warranty covers faulty workmanship and materials of every nature. This is in addition to any manufaturers' warranties. The first and second year of the warranty covers any faulty workmanship and materials for mechanical systems (wiring, plubming, heating, cooling and ventilating) and structural defects. Years three through five warrant against any major structural defects on the newly constructed portions of the home.

What happens if you sell your home ?

Our warranty program remains in force for a full five years. If you decided to sell your home, your warranty increases its value; be sure to tell any prospective buyers about this important protection.
